How to help young Moroccan developers to bring their projects to a successful conclusion?

In order to promote assistance to young people starting a business, the Moroccan state in collaboration with financial institutions established a system of financing, support and advice.

OBJECTIVES:

Supporting unemployed holders of economic projects whose cost is less than 250 000 DH to establish their own businesses.

POPULATION TARGET:

The graduates of Moroccan nationality, with real entrepreneurial potential and willing to settle on their own account.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for the support of self employment, all young graduate:

   - Aged less than 35 years.

   - Holder at least of Baccalaureate, plus two years of higher education or vocational training diploma.

   -holder of project of economic activity leading to self employment.

   - Registered as a candidate for the program from CIOPE.


FRAMEWORK:

The Program of Support for Self Employment is a measure of self-employment promotion as part of the Young Promoters Credit that concerns the loan conditions.

Loan conditions:

The maximum cost of the project is set at 250 000 DH, including:

45% represents the part of the State;

45% represents the part of the bank;

10% is personal.


INTEREST RATES:

They were arrested as follows:

State: 5%.

Bank: freely negotiated.

 

DURATION OF REDEMPTION:

It is set as follows:

   12 to 15 years for the part of the State;

    7 years for the part of the bank.


DELAYS OF REPAYMENT

Status: term of no less than 3 years (without interest)

Establishment speaker: duration of no less than 2 years.


BENEFITS ON THE CREDIT YOUNG PROMOTERS


the Program of Support for Self Employment provides additional measures that are new advantages over credit young entrepreneurs.

  
    1. TERMS OF LOAN GRANT

The complete application of the loan is to be deposited in the bank by the job seeker against a receipt.

The bank partner (CNCA, BCP) notify the applicant in writing of its decision to grant or reject of loan joint within a period not exceeding 15 days.

In case of the decision to grant a loan, the Treasury releases funds within a period not exceeding one month.

  
2. ASSISTANCE CONSULTANT FOR THE CREATION OF THE COMPANY

Applicants whose loan was granted also receive assistance consultant funded by the state and provided by agencies approved by the OFPPT for this purpose. The assistance covers the following aspects:

   -Reception, information and guidance of the program's beneficiaries.

   - Assistance to the realization of the business plan.

   - Support for the completion of procedures related to the start of the economic activity.

   - Coaching during the first year of starting the business.
